July 21, 2009 Stakeholder Sessions 1-Kickoff Meeting-High School
Outcomes: Stakeholder will learn about the process
and the tasks to be completed. Stakeholders will begin
developing the vision statement.

Aug. 11, 2009 Stakeholder Session 2-Civic Index-West Jay
Outcomes: Stakeholders will assess Jay County’s
Civic Infrastructure-the networks, working relationships
that the community currently uses to solve problems.

Sept. 1, 2009 Stakeholder Session 3-Community Scan-Trinity RCC
Outcomes: Stakeholders will review trends and data
that will provide stakeholders with clear picture of
Jay County’s current situation. Stakeholders will also
review and provide input on the first draft of the vision
statement.

Sept. 22, 2009 Stakeholder Session 4-Selection of Key Performance
Areas (KPAs)-Trinity RCC
Outcomes: Stakeholders will select the key topic areas to
focus our planning; break into task force groups.

Oct. 13, 2009 Stakeholder Session 5-Evaluating Key Performance
Areas-High School
Outcomes: A work session where task forces focus
Mini-Visions(desired outcomes of the topic area) and
assessing the current situation of their topics.
