Outcomes: Each Task force will report out to the whole
stakeholder group on theor work to date. The stakeholder
group will provide feedback to each task force and reach
consensus on the direction of each task force is taking.
the focus of the large group discussions will be on mini-
vision statements and assessments of each task force.

Dec. 1 2009 Stakeholder Session 7- Evaluating KPAs-West Jay
Outcomes: Task forces will focus on the development of
goals and strategies with each topic area.

Jan. 5, 2010 Stakeholder Session 8- Evaluating KPAs- Trinity RCC
Outcomes: Each task force will report out to the whole
stakeholder group on their work. The stakeholder group
will provide feedback and reach consensus on each task
forces’ goals, rationales, strategies and action steps.

Jan. 26, 2010 Stakeholder Session 9-Action Planning
and Implementation Strategies-High School
Outcomes: Final work session where task forces will focus
on the completion of their final plans for their topic areas.

Feb. 16, 2009 Stakeholder Session 10- Action Planning and
Implementation Strategies-West Jay
Outcomes: Final report Out of the task forces to the whole
stakeholder group focusing on action steps, responsible
parties, timelines, and resource needs.

Mar. 2010 Final Report Completed, Printed, Released to
Community; Implementation Begins
