Greetings folks!
It is amazing that we find ourselves approaching our last meeting in the stakeholder phase. We started with a completely blank slate and here you are on the cusp of completing an integrated strategic plan for Jay County. You have come a long way and the level of commitment and passion that you have exhibited thus far is inspiring to me to see. I look forward to watching your dreams and goals becoming a reality over the coming years.




This next meeting will be a final report out where we will focus on the implementation details - the action steps, responsible parties, and time range and resource options. To make the presentations easier and to save paper, we'll ask all the KPA teams to present using the worksheet. This way we can see all the details easily for each strategy with one page.
Let's bring the planning phase to the finish line with the same strength you've demonstrated thus far. I look forward to seeing all of you on the 16th!
